Welcome to myVCAT for Consumer related matters

Here you can:

Manage a goods and services dispute - Consumer disputes and small claims (raised after 6th Dec 2023) about products and services you bought or sold.
Create a Residential Tenancy notice and manage an application - You can create all Notices to Vacate, Rent Increases, Breach of Duty and Notice of Entry in myVCAT. You can also use myVCAT to make an application based on a notice created outside of myVCAT (manual or RT Hub notices).

With an account:

View the status of your application or case.
See tasks that are due.
Access orders, hearing notices and other documents.
Upload documents to serve other parties (if they also have a myVCAT account).
